Our Process
We Work with You to Design Kitchens and Bathrooms that will Make You Smile
You can expect a personal touch when you choose us to design, supply and install your stunning new kitchen or bathroom. Here’s how we work to make sure you get a room that exceeds your expectations:
1. Get Inspired
Start by booking an appointment at our kitchen and bathroom showroom in Surrey to browse our tempting displays and discover the wide range of products available. The free design consultation is where you can have a chat with us about your specific ideas and where we can share our knowledge and expertise.
2. Consult Our Expert Designers
Meet with one of our designers to discuss your kitchen or bathroom ideas. We recommend that we spend at least half an hour so we get a good understanding of your needs.
Bring along your sketches or plans and the measurements of the room. We will show you the product ranges that will suit your needs and budget to help you to realise your vision. Once we’ve discussed your ideas, we can give you an outline estimate of costings.
We will then arrange to visit your home and carry out a site survey. We’ll check on your existing plumbing and services and take precise measurements to ensure a smooth installation.
3. Receive Your Design
We’ll prepare a design for your kitchen or bathrooms using market-leading 3D software so that you can start to see your ideas come to life. We will also finalise pricing at this stage.
We’ll invite you back to discuss the proposal, complete with estimated timings. It usually takes around two weeks days to complete a new bathroom and three to four weeks for a new kitchen, depending on what needs to be done.
Once you’re happy with the design and ready to go ahead, we ask for a deposit so that we can order the products.
4. Schedule Delivery
We will arrange delivery to fit in with your planned installation so that work can begin promptly as soon as the kitchen and bathroom products have arrived.
5. Have Your New Kitchen or Bathrooms Installed
Once the plans are finalised and products specified to your exact requirements, we’ll agree a convenient date to start. You’ll get an order acknowledgment from us, and then all you need to do is sit back and let us do the work.
Our expert teams of kitchen and bathroom specialists are highly experienced and familiar with all our kitchen and bathroom collections. We will project manage the installation ensuring regular communication, professional workmanship and keeping everything on schedule.
6. Enjoy Your Amazing New Kitchen or Bathrooms
Once the installation is finished, we check everything with you and explain how to use your new appliances or equipment.
